Diversion has experience working with children ages 0 - 18.
Our Case Managers work with the foster family to coordinate services focused on many areas of a child's treatment plan including but not limited developmental delays, medical issues, educational delays, and behavioral management.
Diversion provides weekly case management services to families. Our staff will support you through the challenges and joys of providing care to children in need.
Diversion has a Case Manager available to foster parents 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Diversion Case Manger's have small case loads so they are able to work with your family to find solutions to problems when they occur.
Diversion is offering transfer incentives because your experience working with special needs children and helping them overcome obstacles to reach their goals is priceless.
Diversion will work with families through the adoption process if applicable.

Diversion is able to share more information on the transfer process through our informational meetings. If you are not able to attend a scheduled informational meeting a Diversion staff member will meet with your family in your home.
