Mr. Eastman was born and raised in Flint Mich. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1970. He then graduated from Central Bible College and was ordained to the ministry. He served a church in Lawrence, Kansas and was the Director of Youth for Christ. While working with abused and delinquent children in this program he and his wife Jeanne developed a foster care program for hard to place children. In 1981 this foster care program became Diversion Adolescent Foster Care. Diversion has always been dedicated to providing homes and therapy for "Special Needs Children".
Mr. Eastman completed his education at Northern Baptist Seminary (M.Div) and the University of Michigan (MA in counseling). He is married with two children. Mr. Eastman enjoys writing as a hobby.
Currently Mr. Eastman is the Chairperson of the OACCA foster care committee.
Diversion has grown to serve children and families in five states through an association of related agencies. Interact Family Services in Indiana, Kentucky Intensive Family Services in Kentucky, Georgia Intensive Family Services in Georgia, Diversion Treatment Foster Care and the Everyfamily Center in Michigan.

Stacy A. Shaw, BSSW, LSW

Stacy joined the Diversion Adolescent Foster Care team in 1988 after completing an internship with the agency. Stacy holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Work Degree from Bowling Green State University. She is a licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio.
Stacy is an Adoption Assessor in the state of Ohio. She has served on several statewide foster care and adoption committees. She is currently the Chairperson of the North West Ohio Foster Care and Adoption Network. This is a group of private and public foster care and adoption agencies in Northwest Ohio who meet every other month regarding issues of foster care and adoption in the state of Ohio.
